Recently, our team had the privilege of attending the Successful Second Chances Employer Panel hosted by SoulFisher Ministries. This was not only a chance to network with re-entry and workforce readiness resources, but to hear from local employers themselves about their commitment to second chance employment. It was awe-inspiring to hear from the people who were given this second chance about their path to success and the adversities they, along with so many more, face coming out of incarceration. It takes a village, but together, we can create a community built on acceptance and redemption for everyone. Thank you to our wonderful hosts at SoulFisher as well as all guest speakers!
